The Story Behind Aplusvoip
Some of you might know us by our sister company, Connecticut Telecommunications Services, LLC., or CTS for short. At CTS, we provide telecommunications services like Aplusvoip but instead, they do the heavy lifting ie. wiring, installing phone systems, security cameras and more! (You can find out more about CTS, LLC. at www.cttsllc.com) After persistent crashes and constantly losing all connection, we decided it was time to implement a permanent change on our own.

In late 2014, Aplusvoip was born. We created this new company for multiple reasons, the primary reason being to fix outage issues. We found that the majority of the outages were due to the middleman, and not the original supplier or carrier of SIP trunks. Either way, it was affecting not only many of our clients, but us as well. Aplusvoip's main purpose is to solve problems with failover, or redundancy, between internet suppliers for seamless connection. Another reason why we created Aplusvoip was to lower expenses for our clients. With new and improving technology, things seem to be getting better, but only at a higher rate. We wanted to change that.
At Aplusvoip, we strive to be transparent with our customers. We personally know the inconvenience of being hit with surprise surcharges, monthly rates and getting suckered into complex and confusing contracts.
